E-Kitchen, is a Limited Liability Company in the State of Texas with a fully operational commercial kitchen and general corporate office for our customers, partners, affiliates, employees, etc. at:

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The content on E-Kitchen’s site and this policy is for general information and customer use only. It is subject to change without notice. When reviewing E-Kitchen’s site and/or consuming the content of this policy, it is entirely up to your own risk, E-Kitchen is not liable. Please make sure that the services, products, and information available thru this policy meets your specific requirements prior to signing up with E-Kitchen.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

Here at E-Kitchen, the way you interact with the site, phone, or in-person, allows us to learn more about you. Personally identifiable information you may choose to provide including your name, address, telephone number, email address, and credit card information. You have the option to either reveal this information or not. However, this information is essential to successfully building your customer profile with E-Kitchen and selecting a meal plan.

Sharing you personal information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your information to mass marketing companies or other third parties. We use industry standards to safeguard all our customers personal information. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers.

How we protect your information

We adopt appropriate data collection and storage practices to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, transaction information and data stored on our Site. Sensitive and private data exchange between the Site and its Users happens over a SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected.

 

ORDERING

The ordering process is simple.

The menu is set in advance. Menu is refreshed once a month and you will receive a notification of a new menu each month.

 

BILLING POLICY

E-Kitchen only offers an auto renewal option for all meal plans. For auto renewal, your credit card information will be required, stored and billed each week by Thursday, 12pm EST., priced for the weekly meal plan selected (plus state tax and delivery fee). For monthly subscription you will be billed on the last Thursday of the month at 12PM EST. In order to cancel or pause monthly subscription please reach out to us one week prior to billing date. Please advise us in writing prior to the payment deadline, if you no longer wish to auto renew to support@ekitchen4u.com.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, and you agree to be personally liable for all charges incurred under your account. Your liability for such charges shall continue after termination of this Agreement. If you have a question about any E-Kitchen charge on your credit/debit card statement, please email support@eKitchen4u.com

 

DELIVERY FEES

Delivery charges vary by location. We do offer free shipping for certain areas. Delivery fees can be found on checkout page. All orders are delivered on twice a week depending on city of delivery.

 

DECLINED CARD POLICY

For all customers, please email support@ekitchen4u.com if you get a new card, or if the original card you provided has been stolen or cancelled. No delivery can be made to a customer until sufficient funds are available. If a customer received a delivery without successful payment, the customer is legally required to make payment as soon as possible.

 

MEALS & INGREDIENTS

E-Kitchen meals are prepared in our kitchen weekly with well-sourced proteins and produce. All ingredients we source are from a trusted network of vendors we know and trust to bring high-quality, well-balanced meals to your table.

We only use real, natural ingredients in our meals. All meals preservative free, and processed sugar free. We take great pride in sourcing our foods with integrity and providing a product that contains only real foods that you will recognize and enjoy.

Our meals should be eaten within 7-10 days for optimal freshness.

 

FOOD ALLERGIES

E-Kitchen can accommodate customers with severe or life-threatening food allergies. During sign up please let us know what kind of allergy. By signing up for E-Kitchen, you agree to our terms and conditions and understand that E-Kitchen is not responsible for any food related allergic reactions that may occur whether it be mild or severe. We prepare our food in a professional kitchen facility, approved by the Florida Department of State Health Services (DSHS), that handles nuts, dairy, fish, and other common food allergens. If you have a moderate to severe food allergy, please let us know. Please contact Customer Service at support@ekitchen4u.com if you have any questions regarding this warning.

 

FOOD TEMPERATURE/REHEATING

Always keep hot cooked foods between 140°F and 165°F. Always keep cold food below 40°F. E-Kitchen is released of any liability after meals are delivered.

Our meals are served in a microwave-ONLY BPA-free recyclable plastic container. DO NOT place any meals in the oven without first transferring the contents to an oven-safe container.

 

REFUNDS/RETURNS POLICY

E-Kitchen makes a commitment to 100% customer satisfaction. We care for our customers and want to do everything in our power to make things right should a problem arise.

If you have issues with our product, please contact Customer Service. Due to the freshly prepared nature of our meals, we cannot accept returned meals. Should there be an issue with your delivery, due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, our staff will work with you to diligently deliver the recooked meal to the customer as soon as possible.

All refunds will be issued as meal credits. If there is an issue with any of our meals, please contact us as soon as possible.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to discontinue your entire program, please email support@ekitchen4u.com. Please be advised that you are required to complete your service through the end of your current cycle and no refunds will be given. If cancellation requests are not received by see Billing Policy you will be automatically re-billed for another cycle and will be required to continue service through the end of that cycle.

By using our service, you signify your acceptance of this policy. You also acknowledge and hereby authorize E-Kitchen to set up weekly or monthly recurring credit card billing for your meal plan. If you do not agree to this policy, please contact us with your questions and/or concerns.  Our continued efforts of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
